What to Expect
Whether you join a meditation class or schedule a private session, you'll be welcomed into a supportive safe space where you can slow down, settle, and reconnect with yourself. No prior experience is needed. There is nothing you need to do during the session. Simply rest, notice what you notice, and allow your body to settle at its own pace.
A private healing session is a quiet, personal experience that often brings a sense of deep rest and relaxation. You'll remain fully clothed, resting comfortably on a massage table beneath a soft blanket. A heated table is available if you wish—many people find the gentle warmth especially comforting. Sessions last approximately 60 minutes.
What to Wear
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and, if possible, avoid wearing perfume or cologne.
